If Sysprotech IT Solutions determines that the operation, security, or administration of the voting process is compromised in any way, we may, at our sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions: (a) suspend the voting process to address the issue and then resume the voting process; (b) advance the contestant who has received the highest number of valid votes at the time of the issue; (c) rely solely on the votes to determine which contestant advances; or (d) implement any other fair and appropriate resolution deemed necessary by Sysprotech IT Solutions. We shall have sole discretion in determining what constitutes a valid vote.

Sysprotech IT Solutions, its sponsors, advertisers, promotional partners, and any other entities involved in the development or administration of the voting process, including their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns, are not responsible for any computer, network, technical, electronic, human, or other errors or issues of any kind. This includes any injury or damage to participants or any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from the voting process, as well as any votes that are not received or counted for any reason. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or liabilities arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the voting process.

Any attempt by you or others to deliberately damage any online service, mobile service, or website, tamper with the voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. In such cases, Sysprotech IT Solutions reserves the right to seek damages and pursue other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
